Our Story
Peek into Perfection was founded by sisters Bruna and Karla Medeiros, two trilingual event planners (English, Portuguese & Spanish) with a shared passion for creating experiences that feel meaningful, flawless, and unforgettable.
Their professional journey began in 2010, when they joined a nonprofit organization that hosted large-scale international conferences.
Bruna handled event planning, fundraising, catering, and visa coordination for international guests, while Karla focused on logistics — organizing flights, hotels, and curated itineraries for keynote speakers and VIP attendees.
This collaboration revealed their natural synergy: Bruna’s visionary eye for design and storytelling complemented Karla’s mastery of logistics and client experience. Together, they bring that same balance of creativity and precision to every event they plan today.

We had our wedding here this past weekend. My experience with Karla and her team was nothing short of amazing. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful and well-maintained (we received dozens of compliments on it being one of the most beautiful venues anyone had seen at a wedding), but the staff was accommodating, helpful and kind.
Karla helped us from start to finish from our first walk through, to recommending vendors and meeting with us regularly. She responded quickly to every email request and was so thorough and prepared. She even made sure our event was set up for our rehearsal so we could see what it would look like, and let our coordinator arrive early to set up.
